Eaton Family Credit Union Scholarship
Eaton Family Credit Union awards scholarship funding to support eligible student Members pursuing higher education. Applications are reviewed based on scholastic achievement, leadership, community service, and career goals (decisions are final).
Eligibility + How to Apply
Must be an EFCU Member and a U.S. citizen
Must be a graduating high school senior or a GED recipient within the last 2 years
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Submit: application + transcript + 100–200 word essay + two non-family recommendation letters
Deadline: April 30, 2026 (email, mail, or drop off)
Award is one-time, paid directly to the school, and must be used for the immediate academic year
Northeast CU Outreach Allance Scholarship
The Northeast CU Outreach Alliance offers scholarship awards for credit union members in Northeast Ohio—another way eligible students can offset post-secondary costs.
Who Can Apply + What They Look For
Open to high school seniors and post-secondary students
Must belong to a credit union in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, or Lake Counties
Judged on overall application responses and the essay component
Strong essays are thoughtful, compelling, and grammatically sound
